Din Din 4 Dogs is known for the prompt shipment of orders. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 working hours of being placed on our website.
Once the order is processed and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping charges based on the product quantity and shipping location shall apply to these products.
The shipping fees will be calculated on cart/checkout.

Delivery Time

The majority of dispatched orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, we request that our customers allow 10 business days, as delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or public holidays.

Return & Refund

Returns

Every order placed at dindin4dogs.com is backed by our ‘100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee’ and ‘Money Back Guarantee’. If you are unsatisfied with the order after receiving it, please contact our customer service team within 7 days so we can provide you with the return address and Return Reference Number (RRN).
Please note that we only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used while ordering. Depending on the bank, the refund will be reflected in the account within 3-5 working days. It may take longer since some payment methods take longer than others.
