ALL OUT-OF-STATE ORDERS SHIP ON MONDAYs, TUESDAYs, and WEDNESDAYs. Out-of-state orders ship via FedEx 2Day and almost always arrive within two business days.
Absolutely! The majority of our packaging is either recyclable or crafted from materials that can be recycled. We've also minimized the number of shipments that our customers receive to reduce our carbon paw print.
Since each dog has unique dietary requirements due to factors like age, weight, activity level, and more, the final cost of our full meal plan may vary. We deliver the food directly to your doorstep, ensuring that you're paying for top-quality ingredients instead of unnecessary retail store mark-ups.
We work with expert nutritionists to calculate the optimal calorie intake for each dog based on its breed, age, activity level, ideal weight, and sensitivities. We are aware that some dogs metabolize food quicker than others, so we may adjust certain plans further.
Yes! Since our food is made from truly fresh ingredients and is free of preservatives, it should be stored at safe temperatures in the refrigerator or freezer, just like real, fresh food. Your shipment will include an easy guide on how to store and serve the food.
No need to cook the food! Our meals are pre-measured and ready to serve. You can serve it directly from the fridge or warm it slightly with some hot water if your dog prefers.
